Set your child up for driving success with our unique process.
- Step one: Flexible, 15-hour course allows students to test for their permit sooner
Studies show, more practice time with a licensed adult in the passenger seat means fewer crashes for new drivers. Rather than requiring the 30 hours of class time prior to receiving their learner's permit - which, for busy kids can take weeks or even months to complete - our flexible course progression allows students to begin practicing with their permit sooner than the old-fashioned method of doing all classroom hours prior to any hands-on experience.

- Step two: Schedule first behind the wheel lesson within a month of receiving permit
With a mere six hours of required behind the wheel instruction with a licensed instructor, it's important to make the most out of the limited time we have one-on-one with your student. Our process of starting with the basics and moving through a structured curriculum, rather than simply "fitting them in" prior to the road test, helps ensure students learn without falling into bad habits. Other schools wait for parents to do all the instruction first, then squeeze in all six hours right before the license test which means little opportunity for instruction followed by focused practice of the elements that were introduced by the instructor. With no ongoing guidance, students feel overwhelmed and unsure whether they are doing things the right way.

- Step three: Complete 15 hour skills-based course
Within 3 months of receiving the permit, this step in our unique process, offers a one-of-a-kind, interactive classroom experience designed to engage students to discuss important driver attitudes and practical decision making while on the road. The days of monotone, static, lecture-based classes at other schools following this decades-old approach are ineffective and obsolete. The A+ process which allows for actual, on-the-road experiences from which to draw, lends itself to a more engaging, student-led curriculum. From this, our students can apply what they learn during each step in the process, rather than the futile, rote memorization of the driver's manual which is quickly forgotten once the assignment is completed.

- Step four: During the permit phase, log 50 practice hours and schedule behind the wheel hours every 2 months
"The days of sitting through hours of classroom time without any practical experience and simply 'fitting in' behind the wheel instruction just days before testing for a license, leaves students bewildered, bored and even more likely to crash. Our step-by-step process gives parents peace of mind while providing A+ students a process by which they become engaged in critical decision-making and lends itself to the singular focus of becoming a safer driver."
